SHIPPING/DEVLIVERY

Arrangements will be made upon purchase to ship/deliver animals.  We use UPS Overnight shipping and will arrange dates that work best for the customer while taking weather and other factors into consideration.  We are currently only able to ship within the contiguous 48 states, but we're working on solutions for international deliveries.

GUARANTEE

Shop with confidence, we offer a 14 day guarantee on all animals shipped directly from our facility.  Any losses that occur within the 14 day window of arrival must be held and we must be contacted prior to disposal.  We may ask for proof of mortality at our discretion.  We do not cover losses due to chemical treatments from quarantine.  Losses can be replaced with the same product or a credit can be given for the value of the animal.  We do not cover replacement shipping.
